My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) provides community-based services for youth and adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. MHMR uses a person-centered care approach and partners with community organizations to provide services and a hopeful future. MHMR is a unit of local government with a Board of Trustees appointed by Tarrant County Commissioners Court.

If you are having a mental health crisis, the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team provides a combination of face-to-face, 24-hour crisis services to children, adolescents and adults in Tarrant County, including:
- Emergency assessment for treatment at one of our centers or a community location
- Urgent care
- Crisis follow-up
- Relapse prevention
